A BIT JURASSIC

Feeling very tropical in today's post. I recently made a trip to Marshall's and was browsing through their rompers and dresses when I spotted this beauty. This style is definitely not something that I would usually gravitate to, but I fell in love when I tried it on in the dressing room.

The print is what gradually wore on me. I kept telling my friend, Is this too Jurassic park!? But I eventually loved the print before I made my way out of the store. I love that it's tropical, but the colors are so dark and muted that it can be worn at night. I can't wait for the weather to be consistently warmer to wear this for some drinks with friends. Hooray for 21!

This Lilly clutch has made several appearances on the blog in the last few months. It's definitely my go-to acessory. It's just too easy - I always gravitate towards it as I'm not much of a jewelry person. It's the perfect size to dump all my junk in and bolt out the door. No, really. I constantly am getting ready at the last possible second, leaving me to throw things everywhere and pray that my clothes aren't inside out. I'll learn..eventually.
