The past year or so I have been more adventurous in my choices of makeup. I used to be a one-look-all-the-time type of girl and since changing up my routine I've been more excited to get ready for the day. Here are the products I've been loving lately...

Lorac Unzipped Palette

I was deciding between either this palette, the unzipped gold version, or the Naked 3 palette. I decided on this one because of the gorgeous shades - I love pinks/golds/browns for my complexion and this palette is a lower price compared to the Naked 3. The color payoff is amazing for each shade. I barely need to tap into the colors to get the shadows onto my brushes. I've been having so much fun experimenting with different looks and combining the shadows with other colors I have.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer

I was looking for a concealer that was the correct shade for my underye area and that also would last a very long time without creasing or looking gross after a few hours of wear. I found both of these attributes in this concealer. The color may be a shade too dark but considering that I was color matched under terrible lighting and that I will be tan in a few months, this isn't that much of a concern to me. My favorite thing about this concealer is that it actually stays put on my skin. Even after 6-7 hours I find that it hasn't even budged or creased.

Elf Lengthening and Defining Mascara

This came in a holiday-edition brow and eyelash kit that I received this past year. Although it says mascara, I use this strictly on my eyebrows. After filling them in, I remove the wand from the tube, scrape off all the excess gel and brush my eyebrow hairs up and out to help keep them in their shape throughout the day. I've used other gels and really like this one from Elf because it doesn't make my brows look too sparse or coated in goop. I also like that it doesn't make them too stiff once it has dried.

Stila Stay All Day Black Liquid Eye Liner

I swear I always get products after the hype of it... I really needed a new liquid liner and had heard great things about this one from Stila. Of course it's even more amazing than I imagined. It's sooo easy to apply, the felt tip doesn't get all crazy during application, it dries like perfection and stays on after a billion hours. I tend to get pretty oily during the day and this stuff is made of like, tar, I swear. This baby will not budge.

That wraps up my recent beauty favorites! Have you tried the Lorac Unzipped palette? How does it compare to the Unzipped Gold or the Naked 3 with it's similar color options? Do you think this Maybelline mascara will be the new go-to mascara this spring/summer?
