LILAC & LUNCHING

I think I can safely say that spring is here to stay! In the midwest we never know if it will be 80 degrees one day and then snowing the next.. For today's post I'm sharing a lilac purple shift dress that I purchased at LOFT last year during a super sale. I got really lucky with this dress as it fits perfectly and is great for occasions that need to be dressed up but not too formal. I wore this exact look to an awards recognition ceremony.

Do these sandals look familiar? I actually snagged these from Target a few weeks ago! They are pretty much identical to a white pair I purchased at Old Navy last summer and wore to death. The style is so flattering and they add a little bit of height without going all out to a full wedge.

I was able to find a look-alike of my dress here. I love the quality of LOFT clothing, the fabric is thick and durable and this is a piece I feel that I can wear for several years down the line.
