As we transition from the cooler to warmer months ahead, I always find it difficult to find pieces that match not only the weather, but the season, too. Many of my pieces for the mid 60s temperatures are very dark, usually worn in fall and winter. This season I've been very into whites and pastels. These colors usually don't play well with my skin tone but since coloring my hair I feel like they're starting to wear on me.

Before I get further in the post I want to say a huge thank you to my friend Alex from Alexandra Lee Photography! Alex has been taking my pictures for a few years now, I've been able to watch her business grow and her photography and editing skill set really take off in the past year. She has so much to be proud of and I am more than grateful to have her taking my photos. Send her some love on her facebook page and also her Instagram account! Thanks a million, Alex!

For this look I paired a blush blazer (similar) that I got from Maurice's with a pair of white jeans from American Eagle Outfitters, a white blouse from Lush that was purchased at Nordstrom Rack, and one of my favorite pairs of sandals. I love the single strap sandal look and can't wait to find more pairs this summer.
