His & Her Style

In today's post I'm sharing not only my outfit details, but my boyfriend's too. He is always extremely well dressed and I love his personal style. You can imagine how fun it is to shop for his clothes. Here are some shots of our outfits during our stay in the city.

When I know I'll be doing a lot of walking indoors, I like to be extremely comfortable. It can be hard trying to find ideal clothing for this situation. I knew we were taking a cab to the Planetarium instead of walking there, so I opted for comfortable herringbone loafers (similar here and here) instead of my chunky, ankle boots. I don't like wearing a lot of layers indoors so I wore a figure flattering peplum top from H&M, my comfiest pair of jeggings from AE and my new Steve Madden bag to haul my camera in.

Unlike me, Matt loves to layer his clothes. His sweater and button down shirt are both from H&M and his jeans are Levi's. His shoes are a great investment piece that I think a lot of guys should own. They can easily be dressed up or down and are perfect for when you want to pull an outfit together for an event that is more business casual. His hat is from Target (similar here) and sunglasses are from Pacsun (similar here). His closet is so fun to dig through and I've always respected his sense of style because of how well he puts outfits together.
